The Grande Hall Packages Vary By Number of Guest and Day of the Week and Include:
Exclusivity – The special events package listed under the “Facility Options” exclusively reserves the selected facility and/or grounds for four (4) hours for The Grande Hall and two (2) hours in The Primrose.
The Grande Hall: Buffet Style Dinner – Buffet style dinner with all catering serving pieces, glass plates, silverware & white or black cloth napkins and white or black table coverings.
The Primrose or The Cellar: Personal Service Dinner – Includes personal service dinner with all catering serving pieces, glass plates, silverware & white or black cloth napkins and white or black table clothes.
Multi-media Equipment – Integrated multi-media equipment including:
- 10’ retractable screen
- Portable system for outdoor use.
- AV Tech is recommended and available for an additional fee (out of house vendor)
Tables & Chairs – Including table/chair setup and cleanup.
Table Coverings – Floor length black skirting with white or black toppers.
Options for an additional fee:
Event Facilitator – Castle Falls offers an on-site facilitator to handle the running of the event/meeting to keep things moving and on time, for an additional $ amount, TBD.
Multi-media Technician – A technician is normally retained to operate the multi-media equipment to include the sound system during the event, specific microphone placement for speakers and announcements; and coordinating CD/DVD and computer compatibility with the integrated equipment. Please note for clarification purposes, technicians simply oversee equipment use and are not DJ’s for dance music or to make announcements. Normally, if a D.J. or band is retained, a technician is not necessary. The fee is normally $65 per hour and paid directly to the technician. Time minimums are usually required.
Bar Service – Castle Falls is licensed by the Oklahoma ABLE Commission to serve alcohol. When alcohol is served, Castle Falls’ bartenders are required at an additional $ amount. House beer, wine and liquor are $6 per drink including tax when pre-paid. For cash bars, beer and wine are $6 and mixed drinks are $7 including tax. Import only is offered and no domestic beer. Any request for a specific label will require an upcharge.
Glassware – Castle Falls uses plastic drink ware because of safety issues. Glassware may be rented and brought in for events, but an additional glass breakage fee of $300 is assessed for glass clean-up. Absolutely no glassware may be taken outside of the Castle or Grande Hall.
