Wedding Packages

The Primrose Intimate

Total Price – $1,750 for up to 12 guests 
Facility - Ceremony area reserved for one (1) hour.  Outdoor and indoor areas are available for the ceremony.  The dining area is reserved for two (2) hours.  The package includes a total of three (3) hours.
  • Dressing areas or decorating time are not included in this package but may be added for an additional fee.
  • For the outdoor ceremony, the white garden chair setup is included.
  • Guests may choose from the restaurant menu on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  For non-restaurant days, the guests may choose in advance or from a limited menu.
  • Dinner includes salad and bread, an entree with sides, and non-alcoholic drinks (gratuity and tax included).
  • Guest may provide wedding cake and Castle Falls will provide plates, forks, and cutting utensils; however, cake-cutting service is not provided.
  • Bubbles and/or non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice are included for a toast.
  • Bar service may be added, for an additional cost, as a cash bar, host paid, or prepaid selection.
  • Guests may bring in table centerpieces and hand-carried flowers for the bridal party.  Additional decorations are not allowed unless additional time is added to the package for an additional fee.
  • For The Primrose Intimate area, stair navigation is required.  The Cellar is fully handicapped accessible but must be requested.
  • Guest provides AV, music, and officiant.
  • For all Saturdays, the ceremony is scheduled at 3 pm or before with dinner immediately following.

The Falls Intimate

Total Price – $3,500 for up to 35 guests

  • Up to 25 guests include a plated dinner with full bar service (beer, wine, bubbles, soft drinks, and mixed drinks).
  • Up to 35 guests include buffet-style dinner and bar service (beer, wine, bubbles, soft drinks).
  • The price is not lower with fewer guests.
  • Ask for a quote for additional guests.
Facility -  Exclusively reserve The Grande Hall and the grounds for six hours.  Includes facility, reception with food service, and bar service as noted above (including tax and gratuity).     
Day or Evening Ceremony and Reception – Ceremony and reception times are flexible within your reserved timeframe.  Bar service is for up to three hours.
Foodservice is immediately after the ceremony and Includes salad and bread, two (2) proteins, and two (2) sides.  Included are:  glass cake plates, porcelain plates, silverware, glass drinkware or plastic drinkware, cloth napkins, black tablecloths, coffee, and tea.
 Facility amenities include:

  • 5,000 sq. ft. indoor reception or ceremony hall.
  • Setup and Cleanup by Castle Falls staff
    60″ round tables for guests, 6' and 8' rectangular tables available for other use.
  • White garden chairs for an outdoor ceremony or banquet chairs for an indoor event.
  • Full floor-length black tablecloths and black chair covers.
  • Basic votive centerpieces.
  • Bridal dessert display table with cake stand.  Cake-cutting services are not provided.
  • Integrated and portable exterior AV equipment.
  • Bridal dressing room.
  • Groom dressing building.
  • Lights with dimming options throughout
  • Interior gas and exterior wood-burning fireplace.
  • Acid-stained concrete floors.
  • Outside patio with tables and chairs.
  • All taxes and gratuities.
  • Bar to include beer, wine, and bubbles.

Packages do not include: a minister, florist, photographer/videographer, wedding cake, or DJ; however, we are happy to assist with preferred vendors.

Price will vary for holiday dates.  This package is always available Monday through Thursday, and on weekends when booked within 90 days of the date.

The Falls

Total Price is $10,000 for up to 100 guests

Facility -  Exclusively reserve The Grande Hall and the grounds for six (6) hours typically from 8 am to 2 pm or 4 pm to 10 pm for up to 100 guests.  Includes facility, reception with food/bar service (beer, wine, and bubbles), gratuity, and tax.  Ask for a quote for a guest count of 101 to 250.

Day or Evening Ceremony and Reception – Ceremony and reception times are flexible within your reserved timeframe.  The bar service is for three hours.

Buffet-style food service immediately after the ceremony Includes a choice of Brunch, Dinner, or Appetizer Reception.  The package price is the same with either option. Included are:  glass cake plates, porcelain plates, silverware, glass drinkware or plastic drinkware, cloth napkins, and black tablecloths.

  • Brunch Reception – Breakfast Casserole, Biscuits with Jellies and Gravy, Domestic and Imported Cheese and Fruit Display, Assorted Mini-sandwiches, Orange Juice, Coffee, and Tea.
  • Pasta Dinner Reception – Salad and Bread, Penne Alfredo with Chicken and Penne Marinara with Meatballs, Coffee, and Tea.
  • Chicken Dinner Reception – Salad and Bread, Pan Seared Chicken Breast in sauce, Potato and Vegetable, Coffee and Tea.
  • Mexican Dinner Reception – Soft Taco Bar, Guacamole, Condiments, Beans, Rice, Chips, Salsa, Coffee, and Tea.
  • Appetizer Reception – Assorted Mini Sandwiches, Domestic and Imported Cheese Display, Fruit Display, Crudités Display, Dip and Crackers, Coffee and Tea.

Bar includes beer, wine and bubbles.

Facility amenities include:

  • 5,000 sq. ft. indoor reception or ceremony hall.
  • Setup and Cleanup by Castle Falls staff.
  • 60″ round tables for guests, 6' and 8' rectangular tables available for other use

  • Bridal dessert display table with cake stands are included.  Cake-cutting services are not provided.
  • Integrated interior and portable exterior AV equipment.
  • Bridal dressing room within the event center.
  • Groom dressing building.
  • Lights with dimming options throughout
  • Interior gas and exterior wood-burning fireplace.
  • Acid-stained concrete floors with dance floor options.
  • Outside patio with tables and chairs.
  • All taxes and gratuities.

Upgrade The Falls Package to include:  Full-service bar includes beer, wine, bubbles, soft drinks, and mixed drinks.  Buffet-style dinner, add a 2nd protein.

The total price for with Upgrades listed above is $12,000 for 100 guests.

Adjustments Available with pricing:  Petit Fours & Cupcakes – $4.50 per person plus tax to add an assortment of Petit Fours (dark chocolate, milk chocolate, red velvet, and carrot cake) and Cupcakes (chocolate, red velvet, and white with buttercream topping) for a Bridal Dessert Display.

  • Time may be added to the evening selection for an additional fee of $500 per hour.
  • All White set-up may be arranged and include white toppers, white underskirts, white napkins, and white chair covers for an additional fee of $250.

Packages do not include: a minister, florist, photographer/videographer, wedding cake, cake-cutting services, or DJ; however, we are happy to assist with preferred vendors.

Please note:  The Falls Package offers great value and includes the facility, food, and bar service.  Upgrades are available with this package.  We can also customize a package to fit your unique vision!  Just ask!  Holiday dates are subject to a $1,000 surcharge.

THE PREMIER PACKAGE: ALL-DAY USE

The total price is $6,500 for up to 250 guests for facility only

Facility -  Exclusively reserve The Grande Hall and the grounds from 10 am to 11 pm when cleanup begins.  Includes facility, tables, chairs, table covers, chair covers, setup, and cleanup.  Up to 250 guests.

Facility amenities include:

  • 5,000 sq. ft. indoor reception or ceremony hall.
  • Up to thirty 60" round tables, fifteen 8’ rectangular tables, and thirty 6’ rectangular tables.
  • White garden chairs for an outdoor ceremony or banquet chairs for an indoor event.
  • All tables and chairs come with white or black options, full-length linens, and tablecloths.
  • Basic decor.
  • Integrated interior and portable exterior AV equipment.
  • Bridal dressing room in the event center.
  • Groom's dressing building.
  • Lights with dimming options throughout.
  • Interior gas and exterior wood-burning fireplace.
  • Acid-stained concrete floors with dance floor options.
  • Outside patio options with tables and chairs.
  • Setup and Cleanup with Castle Falls staff onsite at all times.
  • Use of the facility for a photography session with a one-hour rehearsal time.
  • All taxes and gratuities included.

Tailored Foodservice Additional:

  • All food service is prepared by Castle Falls’ Executive Chef.
  •  Customized menus range from $25 - $75 per person plus gratuity and tax.
  • Petit Fours and Cupcakes - $4.50 per person plus tax to add an assortment.  Petit Fours (dark chocolate, milk chocolate, red velvet, and carrot cake) and Cupcakes (chocolate, red velvet, and white cake with buttercream topping) for the bridal dessert display table.  Cake-cutting services are not provided.
  • Foodservice includes:  coffee, tea, and water, porcelain plates, silverware, cloth napkins, glass plates for cake, catering attendants, and tea and water drink service.
  • Includes Restaurant Reservations prior to the event date for four (4) guests.

Note: When requesting a quote add one of the following bars and a bar quote will be included.
Full-Service Bar includes beer, wine,  bubbles, and mixed drinks.
A Basic Bar includes beer, wine, and bubbles.
Cash Bar is also available.

Pricing does not include: a minister, florist/decoration, photographer/videographer, audio visual technician, music for both ceremony and reception and wedding cakes; however, we are happy to assist in giving names of vendors and individuals who can fulfill these services.

The Premier Package includes an all-day rental. This package allows you to customize all your details to your unique vision.  Food service may be added for an additional charge but is not included.  Holiday dates are subject to a $500 surcharge for facility only and an additional $500 surcharge if food service is handled by Castle Falls (A total of $1,000 with food service).

THE ROYAL WEDDING EXPERIENCE

The Total Price is $25,000 (or $30,000 to close the restaurant Friday and Saturday) for a two-day rental including the rehearsal dinner food/bar for 50 guests and ceremony/reception facility food/bar for 150 guests.

Facility - Exclusively reserve The Grande Hall & grounds from Friday at Noon through Saturday at Midnight.

  • All-inclusive pricing for weekend use of facility, food, and bar service.
  • Includes Restaurant Reservation for up to 6 guests to sample food selections.
  • Includes Bridal Luncheon & House Bar Service before the event date for up to 15 guests.
  • Includes Friday evening Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner & House Bar Service for up to 50 Guests.
  • Includes Saturday Lunch & House Bar Service for up to 25 Guests.
  • Includes Wedding Ceremony & Reception & House Bar Service for up to 150 Guests.

Additional Notes

  • Sunday is also reserved until 5 pm for guest or vendor pickup/cleanup.
  • The event end time on Saturday is no later than Midnight. Castle Falls begins cleanup no later than Midnight.
  • All details listed with The Premier Package are also included but the restaurant reservation for 6 guests is in place of the restaurant reservation for 4 guests.
  • *The Cellar & The Primrose Restaurant will be opened on Friday and Saturday evenings or add $5,000 totaling $30,000 ($25,000 plus $5,000 to close the restaurant for Friday and Saturday).
  • Guest counts may be added to any House Bar & Food Service option. Price will depend upon the Bar & Foodservice/selection.
  • Price is not lower with fewer guest count for any event listed.
  • Includes tax and gratuities for the Bridal Luncheon, Saturday Luncheon, and Wedding Reception.
  • Gratuity is additional for the reservation for six guests in the restaurant.
  • The Bridal Luncheon House Bar Service is for up to two hours.
  • The Rehearsal Dinner House Bar Service is for up to two hours.
  • The Saturday Lunch House Bar Service is for up to two hours.
  • The Wedding Reception House Bar Service is for up to four hours.
  • The basic bar includes House Wine, Beer, and Mixed Drinks. All bar is top-shelf.
  • Wedding Reception Food Service is buffet-style and includes up to four appetizers, 3 entrees, 3 sides, salad, and bread from the Private Events Menu.
  • Plated Wedding Reception Service would be available but require limiting menu option to one meat, 2 sides, salad, and bread with all guests being served the same meal (150 maximum guests for plated dinner).
  • All other Food Service Inclusions (rehearsal dinners, luncheons) may be plated or buffet-style.
  • Petit Fours and Cupcakes may be provided as the dessert option and/or Guest are welcome to provide the Wedding Cake which is not included; however,  glass plates and utensils are provided.

*Total Price with The Royal Package - $30,000 ($25,000 + $5,000)

*The grounds will be exclusively reserved for Friday and Saturday.
*The Primrose and The Cellar Restaurant will be closed on Friday and Saturday.
*Access to The Grande Hall will start at Noon on Thursday for decorating purposes.
